Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been packed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.

Returns

As Smart Start Health Mix is a consumable food product, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or leaking pack.
• You received an incorrect product.
• The pack was delivered with a seal that was already broken.

Please share clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery so we can process your request quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated on Razorpay's end.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after the product has been opened or consumed.
• Delay caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
