How we pack, ship and deliver your order
Dhaan Foods currently ships the Smart Start Health Mix across India. We are working on expanding our courier network to reach every pincode — if your area isn't serviceable yet, our support team will contact you after you place an order.
A flat delivery charge of ₹40 applies per order, shown at checkout before you pay. This amount is added to the product price to arrive at your final total.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking update will be shared on the mobile number and email provided at checkout, wherever available.
Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier disruptions, or incomplete address details. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please reach out to us and we'll investigate right away.
